| Job Description: |
Makkays Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of innovative solutions in power backup, test & measurement products, and business automation systems. We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the Faisalabad region, focusing on new business acquisition, customer relationship management, and achieving revenue targets for our diverse product lines.
This position will be remotely monitored from Lahore, but the candidate should be based in Faisalabad and have strong professional relationships in the region.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:
- Drive sales of Power Backup Solutions, Test & Measurement Products, and Business Automation Solutions in the assigned region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, target new clients, and expand the customer base within the B2B market.
- Establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing customers.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients in the Faisalabad n region, providing excellent customer service and support.

Product Knowledge & Consultation:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Makkays’ product offerings.
- Provide technical expertise to clients by presenting solutions tailored to their business needs.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.

Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives in the region.

Reporting & Documentation:
- Report on sales activities, market intelligence, and customer feedback regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and prospects.
Required Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in B2B Industrial Sales,

Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:
- Strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics and market trends.
- Proven track record of sales achievements and the ability to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining strong regional ties.

- In-depth knowledge of the Faisalabad region, with a strong network of professional contacts in the area.
- Strong PR and reputation in the Faisalabad region, capable of leveraging existing relationships to generate new business.
