Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented and passionate AI/ML Engineer to join our client’s growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering with the ability to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions for real-world applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers—to integrate and optimize AI models in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Model Development & Research

• Design, train, and fine-tune ML/DL models for classification, regression, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.

• Evaluate emerging frameworks, architectures, and techniques to ensure cutting-edge innovation.

Data Engineering

• Collect, preprocess, clean, and transform structured/unstructured data (text, images, audio, PDFs).

• Implement feature engineering, dimensionality reduction, and data augmentation pipelines.

Deployment & Scaling

• Deploy models into production using tools like FastAPI, Flask, TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, or Kubernetes.

• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI solutions.

MLOps & Automation

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows.

• Utilize MLflow, DVC, Airflow, or Kubeflow for experiment tracking and orchestration.

Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into AI-powered solutions.

• Prepare documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields (PhD is a plus).

• Strong Python programming skills with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.

• Deep understanding of ML algorithms, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, and statistical modeling.

• Experience working with large datasets, SQL/NoSQL databases, and data pipelines.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Proficiency with Git and collaboration platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in NLP, LLM fine-tuning, computer vision, or generative AI.

• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, Chroma) for RAG pipelines.

• Knowledge of MLOps best practices, model monitoring, and drift detection.

• Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, statistics, probability, and optimization.

• Prior experience delivering end-to-end AI applications.
