To assist the IT Department in maintaining hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations across all branches and head office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support

   • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic hardware and software issues.

   • Provide support for computers, printers, scanners, and other office equipment.

   • Install and configure operating systems and required applications.

2. Network Support

   • Assist in monitoring network connectivity and reporting issues.

   • Support in configuring routers, switches, and Wi-Fi devices as instructed.

3. System Maintenance

   • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, antivirus checks, and backups.

   • Help in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and accessories.

4. Documentation

   • Maintain logs of IT issues and resolutions.

   • Assist in documenting IT procedures and asset records.

5. IT Support for Branches

   • Support branch teams remotely for minor IT issues.

   • Coordinate with the IT team for timely resolution of branch-related technical problems.

6. Security & Compliance

   • Ensure systems follow the company’s IT security and data protection policies.

   • Assist in implementing standard IT operational procedures.

7. Other Duties

   • Any additional tasks assigned by the IT Officer/Manager related to IT support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior IT staff.
